📚 What You Need to Provide

To help us locate your requested book accurately and efficiently, please share the following details:

• Title of the book
• Author's full name
• ISBN number (13-digit preferred)

You can send this information to us via WhatsApp, along with any specific preferences.

🔍 What Happens Next

Once we receive your request:

1. Availability Check

We’ll search for your requested title through our international sourcing network. This may take up to 3 working days.

2. Quotation & Pre-Order Window

If the book is available, we’ll share:

• The final price (including international shipping, import duties, and local handling)
• The next pre-order cutt-off
• Estimated delivery time (typically 4–8 weeks after our supplier ships the book)

3. Payment & Confirmation

Once you approve the quote, we’ll share a secure payment link via WhatsApp. Please note that your requested book won’t be listed publicly on our website, it’s a private, one-time order created just for you.

4. Your Book is Officially on the Way

After your payment is confirmed, your request will be added to our ongoing pre-order batch, which runs from the 20th of this month to the 7th of the following month. 

📦 Important Notes

All book requests will follow our pre-order schedule and are treated as pre-orders. That means:

• They are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once paid.
• Estimated arrival is 4–8 weeks after our supplier ships the book.
• Delays may occur due to customs or publisher-side stock issues—but we’ll always communicate transparently.

Some books (e.g. out-of-print or special collector’s editions) may be harder to obtain—but we’ll do our best to offer alternatives if needed.
