At The Book Barks, part of our mission is to give second chances—not only to pre-owned books, but to shelter dogs in need of warmth, care, and love.

💛 What We Give:

• 5% of profits from new books go to trusted local dog shelters.
• 20% of every pre-owned donated book sold is also donated

🧾 How We Stay Transparent:

• We make donations quarterly, and update this page with:
  • Proof of donations (e.g. blurred receipts or screenshots)
  • A short summary of the organizations supported
  • Occasional stories or photos (when available) from the shelters we partner with

We don’t share our sales numbers—but we’ll always share where the money goes, so you can feel good knowing your book helped wag a tail somewhere 🐶
